There's the gcc frontend for it, but the core Rust devs are somewhat hostile about it. They want one compiler probably because they like to move fast and introduce changes to the language, which would be impossible when two compilers would coexist. The shared "spec" the two compilers understand would then become the de facto standard for some time.
