I mean they would be stupid if they didn't use the Linux-libre scripts to clean up upstream but considering the recurrent Ls from them I wouldn't be surprised something slips through the gaps. Even then you can still fetch a kernel from Trisquel repos, and install it on the chroot environment during the installation.
