@WarnerCrocker @yacc143 Maybe? I'm not sure. But I feel it wrong to ascribe any level of competence and planning to these people when they've shown over and over again that they're really not that bright. They are good at creating chaos and then exploiting it for personal gain - that doesn't take a genius, just a lack of ethics and morality.
