@ryo I'm a fan of just using everything. People have this idea in their head that you can't publish announcements etc to both an RSS feed and to ActivityPub. People treat it like it's some kind of tech polygamy. It reminds me of people who insist on only using free and open source software. It's prescriptive in a bad way. That's partly because it ignores the reality that only certain people care about the particular sticking point of RSS versus ActivityPub.
