They do lazy shit like that routinely, and if the person doing the inspection is a brownoid or strong wamman that don't need no man they aren't going to give a shit about it. I know guys who have worked on aircraft maintenance that walked out because they saw that and knew that they would be scapegoated WHEN something bad happens and the finger-pointing and lies start. So, yeah, it's a problem having niggers even on the ground crew, not only that, they open bags and steal when they have the opportunity. There is no real place for them in a civil society, period.
