     @d0c40r0 @sickburnbro I’d be fine with removing college requirements for most jobs and replacing them with IQ tests. I think the equity is the key word here. We know blacks and women perform more poorly in the pilots seat. I don’t care how automated flying is these days. I want white guys flying my plane.

     Maintenance is required to pass federal checks and meet experience requirements (and then do even more stuff if they want to do a specialized job) and they’re monitored by guys with a lot of experience
     
     preflight and runup then gives the pilot a general idea of malfunctions and informs a proper decision

They do lazy shit like that routinely, and if the person doing the inspection is a brownoid or strong wamman that don't need no man they aren't going to give a shit about it. I know guys who have worked on aircraft maintenance that walked out because they saw that and knew that they would be scapegoated WHEN something bad happens and the finger-pointing and lies start. So, yeah, it's a problem having niggers even on the ground crew, not only that, they open bags and steal when they have the opportunity. There is no real place for them in a civil society, period.
