They're just willing to take fast food wages in cash. And the more time that goes by the worse the labor gets. 20 years ago you might of had a point about some of the beaners, but today the work product is pathetic. My experience at least. But that's why I do my own work. I don't need to pay someone 3 grand to install 300 bucks worth of backsplash.
