I do agree with this. But I also believe it is possible to become autist tier obsessed with interpreting this in a very particular framework to where it is missing the larger points. Church fathers did not seem to share your views, and that's far from modern eschatology. I will grant that it's possible the ones who did were omitted from record or that I'm ignorant on things they've stated. Regardless, I do not need to rely on esoteric knowledge for faith or interpretation.
