No, you are slipping in 'overwhelming' and 'majority' here.

You've got a whole bunch of missing steps here. It's not the majority, and much of what they do is *science* -- ie finding out what actually happens. That's why it's expensive - you can make bullshit about vaccines like you're doing for basically free. To actually make sure that your data is good costs a lot.
