We're on year 5 of a disease that has been evolving due to a billion odd hosts. Vaccine escape has happened multiple times *that's why the vaccines have been updated*. We're seeing people get infected 5-10+ times over. And anyway I did come up wit such a person.

Vaccination *is not enough* to end this pandemic. We need other interventions, such as closing borders/airports, contact tracing, masks and more if we're going to be serious about it

"Just a cold" does not cause permanent heart, kidney, brain and immune system damage. They call it SARS2 for a reason -- because it's not just some cold.

And it's not the flu, either, for even more obvious reasons - ie it's a totally different kind of virus, with a different seasonality , and different long-term symptoms
