carl marks@nev @inquiline I think you're exactly right that that's what they did, and I think the wildly depressed turnout was the result. I am curious to know if the sample is intended to be representative of the subset of the population that they targeted. I may do some digging bc it's not necessary impossible depending on how they did their sampling.
