@bart @BUF0 @linmob IMHO it depends on the diff with the upstream distro, but for rolling out a product it makes sense as vendors usually need a fair share of customizations, at least in the early days.

The trap here is the risk of ending up in the "we have our stuff working, no need to bother with upstreaming" zone, so I'm just hoping it won't happen 🤞

(note: ofc I'd prefer getting Mobian contributions rather than another mobile-focused Debian derivative 😉)
