@waifu @vriska @augustus @sun @eemmaa I think it's just a string of bad decisions reinforced by other idiots who make bad decisions and would rather cheer to pretend it was smart than admit to be equally stupid.

Men do stupid shit too, but the main difference seems to be men tend to be overt about their stupidity and fine with being called out on it but women as a group would rather die on the hill than accept that the only fault was theirs on any given mistake, and be open about their real not-socially-acceptable opinions when in the presence of men.

Like how a mother would be "it's ok I slept around at that age too" but a father will be "son I did that stupid shit when I was your age and I'll beat your ass if you make the same mistakes" to their same-sex children.
