@Hoss @Nudhul @WilhelmIII @DemonSixOne @PraxisOfEvil The only unions I've seen really work out for their employees, are the ones that truly indispensable work groups. The kind that can genuinely cripple an economy if they decided to fuck off from work. The kind that the government has to pass laws to curtail their power to go on strike (because they learned that sending in soldiers and mercenaries to stop strikes is bad optics). These are unions representing dockworkers, commercial pilots, flight attendants, and railroad workers usually. The kind of people that can't easily be replaced by Chang, Pancho, nor Pajeet; whether at home or abroad.
