@Hoss @WilhelmIII @DemonSixOne @PraxisOfEvil unions always attract the same sort of petty tyrant managers HoAs do, but they're even worse because you cant leverage the other board members to oust a shitty leader. all employee negotiation is done thru the rep so the business owner can just buy them off and then you're worse off than if you didnt have a union at all.
