Zack Stern@mekkaokereke @donaldball @ohmu if you get into using it, my favorite is to have multiple bowls. I just have the basic stainless bowls, but extras help if making several things. They’re also just great prep bowls with the handle.
Oh and as long as I’m giving unsolicited ideas, cooking with a scale is a major upgrade. (I’d do a scale before extra bowls.)
