AI6YR Ben@CStamp @joy I'll put it on either cartels or the Chinese. The cartels have the money, not sure on the technology. The Chinese have the technology, but no idea why they'd do a darn thing in NJ. (red/blue team as someone mentioned is definitely another possibility).
