In fact, all the growth over the last 40 years in the USA has gone to the top 10%, 1% and 0.1%. There has been no growth for those on median incomes, and negative growth for those below.

Those in authority after the war were afraid of "communism", so treated the working class better. Maybe we need to make the élite afraid again to get justice.
