I'm all for ppl who use FOSS being able to engage with ethical actors in the economy, so if u mean it will help make FOSS easier to defend/manage, and thus make the use of FOSS more productive, then it's probably a good thing.

@silverpill someone was telling me recently that rust language has a heavy reliance on m$ 'grift'hub services. If true, a HTTP header enforcement like this might make #Rust impossible to use?
