I'll assume it's a quirk of not being a native speaker so a lot of the nuance is probably lost on you. The notion of a "uniparty" within american politics does not assert that it's omniscient.

The fact that gaza is retaliating against israel isn't impacted by American domestic politics, and an extant uniparty over the US does not impact the gazan's willingness or capacity to retaliate, because that is an externality jews running "esau's gambit" over US politics

"Uniparty" refers to the phenomena that no matter who is in charge of the US nominally, the outcomes are going to be comparable (i.e, jewish and lobbyist interests are prioritized, popular will *may* have some lip service paid to it but not followed, manufactured dichotomies (a sort of bread and circus for people), etc.).
