@amerika @ageha @vriska the different way of thinking about fedi compared to twitter is that fedi makes it so two people that want to talk to each other can, while using the same app or interface or whatever, it doesn't guarantee you access to the entire fediverse. it removes the global cop that twitter has but it doesn't remove every little cop governing their fief.
