Phil in SF@wavdl @scott Nah. The one I saw was at an intersection. It also wouldn't have been jaywalking even if mid-block because there was no traffic except the cop who was a block away when the person crossed. But as they got closer they got on the loudspeaker to yell at them, even though it was a) legal, and b) the person was about 5 feel from finishing getting across when the cop started loudspeaker admonishments. I'm pretty sure the cop was doing it because the crosser appeared to be homeless.
