@gentoobro @Tony the amount of regulation in the united states especially around housing is absolutely insane. its like, when i live in the states i remember oh yeah, so much as something that could make you trip if your clothes snag is illegal, meanwhile in eastern europe its like, yeah lets just keep aroudn our old soviet playgrounds that probably kill children full of sharp metal edges, they just work
i mean ffs my building has like, chunks of concrete missing out of steps, as far as a third fallen off, that would NEVER pass in america but like bro it just works its stable enough so people move on with their life
