- Embed this noticeIt calls into question the maintenance of the planes themselves and the ability of the crews to maintain them properly. This is established fact. It does not inherently mean, nor establish, that the plane itself is dangerous. It does, however, establish that with the greater number of errors like this, the odds of some form of malfunction, resulting in anything from delays to death, increases.
This, coupled with the increasing levels of all of the pre-flight nonsense and annoyance, and the drastically degraded levels of in-flight customer service, has caused me to make an informed decision: I don't fly anymore.
Better?
