@kittenlikeasmallcat @arcana @scathach I'm just saying its the same people over and over again in any social order do most of the socially destructive behavior. I mean, excluding the institutionalized harm that you're talking about and I agree exists. but but just, I am saying, most of the crime regular people are actually concerned about doesn't help at all to do anything about that other harm.
