Mrs Cloudy@Wen @twobiscuits I try and avoid the NC500 at all times. Not just the holidays. No idea why folk are so thrilled to sit in convoys that all stop in the same places. I reccomend the route from Inverness, through Dingwall and then over the Struie Road to Bonar Bridge, up through Lairg and then right through the middle of the Flow Country.
