I think that's brings things back to my comment about the Baptist* types screaming for men to nut up. Systemic problem and such. The easiest way to "fix" things is at home, individually, and community of your choosing. There's a lot of weird idiosyncrasies that have revealed themselves over the last decade or so as social fabric continues to tear.
