i presume you would have to do a differential diagnosis; ex. have it detect if children are present, and separately if nudity is present, and sort of hope that it generalizes the idea of naked adults in to naked children.

then you violate everyone's privacy by putting a black box spy device everywhere that false positives on completely benign shit like bathing suits and telemedicine. the hat trick is because these are all black boxes its only a matter of time before they co-opt them to look for persons of interest too.
