Usually left leaning folk who move to Scotland because they can see the place is a better fit for them than where they were. Often arrive, full on Labour and Unionist, but quickly shift to one of the Scottish parties and whole hearted support for Independence. They're often really surprised by the difference between the media narrative they've been fed about Scotland, and the reality they find when they get here.
