He crushes all the local competition. But only in the lower middle class neighborhoods. He never, or rather hardly ever gets work in the rich community. It's as if they actively seek out the poor downtrodden looking for a better life mexican. They kill him as far price on estimates go. This was all like 5 years ago. Fast forward to today and the government has given prioritized loans to non-whites and the market is completely saturated with construction businesses. He's on the verge of just selling out and getting out of it all together because he is unable to compete . The local area knows that hiring him means they're helping their literal neighbor, but in the end they don't care they just want whatever's fucking cheap
