Yeah if there were a fuck ton of mercury in the vaccines it would be harmful and potentially deadly
But there isn't, there's so little of it that it can't accumulate in the body enough to cause harm, by the time you get another vaccine all the mercury from the first one has been long shat out
And the mercury that IS in the vaccine is in a much safer form than most mercury you'll be concerned about exposure to, one the body would have to put in a LOT of effort to extract (so it doesn't, because it doesn't benefit us)
