That section is where the meat is, the rest is just scaffolding: definitions (which do not matter out of context, like this dipshit reading off definitions; it's just a list of products that are covered), penalties, etc., might sound scary out of context but that is why they are being read out of context. This bill doesn't even ban Tiktok, it literally just gives Commerce the authority to evaluate and possibly veto some transactions
