Moreover, the specific point of the study I posted is not to debunk generational cohorts per se, but rather to say that:

1. people born in all time periods are generally less excited about work when they’re younger,

2. people of all ages right now are generally less excited about work than people at the same age used to be in the past, and

3. that fully explains the data; there’s no generational effect here.
