Aaron Sawdey, Ph.D.@wilbr @emilygorcenski Yeah drain hose shoved into the pipe is how it’s supposed to work. If the supply hoses weren’t leaking it’s probably fine that they weren’t tighter. At least it does look like your drain is properly vented which is a plus.
