- Embed this notice@BowsacNoodle @spiral_power @BronzeAgeHogCranker @d0c40r0 @kf01 i've never screwed with tanning beds but i know in extreme northern climates and on submarines they have UV lamps that people strip down and get in from of to avoid vit D deprivation related illnesses. so it works on paper at least. honestly i'd just go with a SARM like testolone at that point if i were REAL concerned about it. gentler than actually pinning vitamin T, but actually does help the test you make naturally stick around.
vit D has actually horrible bioavailability when taken orally so most vitamin supplements have like 10k% of the 'daily recommended' and still doesn't come close to meeting the bodies needs since the efficiency is so poor
