@kf01 @BowsacNoodle @BronzeAgeHogCranker @d0c40r0 @spiral_power tbh a short break isn't really sufficient. in higher latitude summer like 15-30 minutes of having a large patch of skin exposed to full sun is recommended. in winter it will only be longer since the light is less direct. and personally i don't have land where i can strip down and wander around even when i do have the time, at least not without getting weird looks
