If a company mandates that you need a shitphone at all or to install Google Services, Google Play Store and download a nonfree, Play Store specific app or whatever stupid shit you should definitely consider getting another job (they exist), but even if you can't and you have to deal with it, you can bet your ass it doesn't justify running other nonfree crap that isn't imposed onto you and it never will, yet I can bet you do anyways because that's what most people with this kind of take do.
