@dictatordave @givenup @Nazareno My friend, times are extremely difficult for even normal dudes on several metrics. They need some help, and yeah they need to be reminded to be a man and work on themselves and stop bitching as a part of that. But I'm not going to pretend that it's as easy for a dude today as it was when I was dating. Social media culminating in hookup apps hit young people like a damn nuclear bomb and few people realized what was happening. It's so rare to find young people who just meet in public randomly now and end up together. In a way it's probably always been like that, but at least we had the benefit of normalish society and social events people cared about.
