Carm@lookitmychicken @Forestofglory I follow a tea sommelier (even though I don't drink tea 😅) and he has explained that they're for pouring the first infusion (he says that one is to clean the leaves). He also uses a double bottom tray and uses tha first infusion to water his plants.
