@anonymous I find the pretty distractions, and walled garden-ness of MacOs do very well in preventing the non-tech user from doing harmful stuff on their Mac endpoint or the network.
Somehow, between the bugs if Windows, and decades worth of internet articles written to suport windows users through said bugs, windows users in the network think an article can turn themselves into a sys admin so they can fix their problem while they wait for the real sysadmin (who is dealing with scores of tickets of other like users as well as those too intimidated to try and fix their own problem).
MacOS users barey deal with this. Linux (even heavily modded linux like MacOS) pwns Windows every day, non-stop.
