    @jeffcliff @BowsacNoodle @tyler @MeBigbrain Most of those words are "El"-something, which were actually different deities originally. El-yon (sounds like "Allah"), El-Shaddai, Asherah, etc. were different deities that were subsumed into Yahweh. They're almost all a direct analogue to neighboring figures in Babylon & Sumeria.
