You should set one up. When I order and deploy the NCD hardware, we will be down then too. I'd guess for a day or so depending on the server performance. I'll set the overwhelming majority of it up at my house before shipping it to where it needs to go but the database transfer, which takes the longest, won't be able to be done ahead of time.
