I'd say #Russia would be similar to #China, however as the #Kremlin is still 6-18 months away from achieving #AI integration of its "Firewall" and still has to rely on manual labor to follow up on all red flags, privately, people are more diverse than they are in #China with its 99% filtered information.

IMO all authoritarian governments (#China, #Russia, #SaudiArabia, #Katar, maybe #NorthKorea and #Iran?) have been trying to boost the #culturewars
