IF you’re willing to compromise on your living situation (even with my very lenient “2 acres 2 bedrooms 2 car garage” requirements list this is a VERY sparse market at that price)
IF the money you saved doesn’t inflate away by 8% every year
AND if the housing market doesn’t double in price in that almost a decade you spent saving
Good job buddy you solved the housing crisis, as long as literally nothing happens to you and your family to make you have to save that money.
