I'm not even mocking you for that either, but there are people who literally would be dead without the regular interactions they get with family and friends. Sometimes they just lose their will to live, and that doesn't even mean they consciously take their own lives. I've seen, pre-covid, at least 20 husband and wife die within months of each other as a result of the depressed mood and loneliness. It sucks man, especially for people who have 70+ years of living a certain way.
