Usually when one sees them, it’s followed by a willfully retarded take, that’s so retarded it starts to become ironic.
That’s how I eventually used them, but very sparingly. Same for gigachad. And I think most people do as well. They don’t take these memes at face value, and it can be funny like that, but it seems like somethings been lost regardless. The brightness, optimism, innocence has been wiped out.
