@cake @Sophistifunk @Peaceandprosperity @Murray_N I had no idea Northgate was the first indoor mall in the country! Now it’s a mixed-use thing under development.
Bellevue Square is still solid, albeit 80% occupied. It’s probably because they’re still locally owned, and decent operators. It amazes me they don’t simply redevelop the parking garages because that land is worth millions!
