So is it accurate to say that after the rail workers were forced to go back to work, the union went back to the negotiating table with the rail corporations holding the same contract they were demanding before plus on top of that paid sick leave, and Biden had a hand in forcing the railroad corporations to capitulate to the demands of that new contract?
