Now that other nations have "progressed" to modern standards of hygiene, they too suffer from autoimmune and allergies. What's more, buried in the forbidden history of vaccines, they KNOW that the pampered officers had more adverse reactions to vaccines than the poor enlisted men. Today, we no longer are allowed to admit there are known adverse reactions, but they could and did report and study such things (probably because it hit the officer class).
