It also helps that I can related to them, while I can't relate at all to characters that are normal and the characters that are supposed to be the most relatable to me are typically the least relatable. True, though. But really, anyone that cares about power is going to be a horrible person. Why want power? What is the point? And getting a lot of it pretty much requires psychopathy, and "success" by society's standards in general requires much of the same and is equally pointless.

I think women tend to be more influenced by society, though, and they tend to be statistically more average in everything, so when a society is absolutely horrible and being average means being bottom of the barrel human garbage, women are going to reflect that more while more men are going to see through the bullshit and somehow end up okay. It's even a factor in IQs. Women tend to stay closer to the average while both the stupidest and smartest people are always men. Nature plays it safe with women, they tend to be shaped more by their environment, while men are the test rats to rest new stuff on. Anyway, I hate both, fuck this species. Figuratively. Though the fact is that we got here mostly thanks to psychopathic and sociopathic men and the fact that we don't kill them, and ruining women was just part of the thing that they do, which is ruining everything.
